Welcome to Richardson Endowed Primary School

Lifeguard visit

Class R had another special visitor from Mr Barwise who worked at our school as a trainee teacher! Mr Barwise is a lifeguard for the RNLI and works in Liverpool where he lives. He talked to us about what the RNLI is and how important it is. We learnt about the different coloured and patterned flags that we see on beaches and in the sea that are there to keep us all safe. Mrs Evans and I were impressed with Class Rs listening, which is very helpful when learning about safety.

Mr Barwise showed us the lifeguard equipment and we even got to dress up as real lifeguards!!
